Arnold Schwarzenegger: A Presidential Hopeful?
Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former Governor of California, may not be eligible to run for the United States’ presidency due to citizenship requirements, as he hails from Austria. However, in a recent interview with the BBC, he expressed confidence in his ability to serve as president.
Schwarzenegger stated, “I feel like I would make a great president,” emphasizing that his achievements were made possible by America. He expressed gratitude for the opportunities he received in the United States and the warm reception he received from the American people. He acknowledged that the only thing he cannot do is run for president, and he did not wish to challenge the law to change that.
Despite being unable to pursue the presidency, the “Terminator” and “Conan the Barbarian” star, who is releasing a new self-help book, shared his perspective on the upcoming 2024 election. He suggested that the election might feature President Joe Biden and former head of state Donald Trump. Schwarzenegger highlighted the age of both candidates, having already served presidential terms, and advocated for a younger generation to lead the nation.
Schwarzenegger’s latest book, “Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life,” is now available to the public.
